Led planning and execution of AvaSure's annual symposium as the main point of contact, managing logistics, vendor and sponsorship relationships, and on-site operations from concept to completion. I worked with internal teams and external partners on venue selection, contracts, attendee communication, and branding, plus agenda planning, speaker coordination, and post-event reporting to measure engagement and ROI.
