Denim and Diamonds Evening at the AvaSure Symposium

As part of the 2025 AvaSure Symposium, I planned and executed the Denim & Diamonds evening event, a themed networking experience that brought together more than 200 attendees for a fun and memorable night. The goal was to create a relaxed yet elevated atmosphere that encouraged meaningful connections and reflected the overall hospitality of the symposium.

I oversaw all aspects of the event, including venue coordination, décor design, catering, entertainment, and on-site logistics. The Denim & Diamonds theme blended rustic elegance with modern detail, creating a cohesive environment that invited guests to unwind after a full day of sessions.

A key focus of this event was sponsor engagement. I worked closely with our sponsor to ensure their presence was fully integrated into the experience through branding, activations, and networking opportunities that aligned with both their goals and the event’s overall vision.

Through detailed planning, creative design, and strong cross-functional collaboration, the Denim & Diamonds event became one of the most talked-about moments of the symposium, successfully combining strategy, atmosphere, and flawless execution.
