AvaSure 20x20 Booth Creation and Launch
I led the end-to-end launch of a new 20x20 trade show booth for events ranging from 4,000 to 45,000+ attendees. This included managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing on-site setup and breakdown to ensure a seamless attendee experience.
In addition to booth operations, I coordinated lodging, meetings, and dinners for internal teams and external partners, while collaborating cross-functionally to manage budgets, timelines, and overall event execution. I also tracked event performance and lead generation, providing actionable insights to the demand generation team to maximize ROI.
This project allowed me to combine strategic planning with hands-on execution, delivering a high-impact presence at multiple large-scale trade shows while ensuring a smooth experience for both attendees and internal teams.
