ParetoHealth Members Meetings

During my internship at ParetoHealth, I supported the planning and execution of three national Member Meetings, large-scale events that brought together up to 2,000 attendees each from across the country. These meetings united clients, brokers, and internal teams for educational sessions, peer discussions, and networking focused on healthcare innovation and cost management strategies.

I assisted with venue coordination, registration management, and on-site logistics to ensure a smooth attendee experience. I also collaborated with vendors on catering, audiovisual production, and event branding, while managing shipping and inventory for event materials and company merchandise.

Throughout this experience, I developed a strong foundation in event operations, stakeholder communication, and the ability to coordinate complex logistics for high-impact corporate events.
