Oval XP Summer Pop Up Event

During my time as a Production Assistant with Our People Entertainment, I supported the setup, operation, and breakdown of The Oval XP, a large-scale summer pop-up event held in Philadelphia. This multi-week experience transformed public space into a destination for live entertainment, local vendors, and community engagement.

My responsibilities included assisting with event load-in and load-out, supporting day-to-day operations, and helping maintain an organized and efficient event site. I worked closely with the production and marketing teams to coordinate logistics, manage ticketing, and ensure smooth guest flow throughout the venue.

This role gave me valuable hands-on experience in event production and on-site operations, reinforcing my ability to adapt quickly, collaborate effectively, and keep events running seamlessly in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
